Refund & Return Policy
Our Policy
Due to the intimate nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. All sales are final once a product has been opened.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at stinkperfumery@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Unopened Items
Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank.
